Michael Tran — Founder & Principal
Michael Tran founded Bluebird Advisors in 2018 following advisory roles at major infrastructure firms and the World Bank, where he developed deep expertise in public-private partnerships, capital planning, and complex infrastructure transactions across the US and internationally.
Michael has worked extensively with state and local governments, transit authorities, and transportation agencies to structure P3s, evaluate delivery strategies, and support procurement through commercial and financial close. He has led multidisciplinary teams on high-stakes transactions of varying size and complexity, bringing a practical, hands-on approach to every engagement.
Bluebird reflects Michael's belief that public agencies deserve independent, experienced advisors who are fully aligned with the public interest — not the outcome of any particular transaction.
